Any work written and
composed is sold with an unlimited use guarantee except as where agreed
to and understood by both parties at the onset of production. If
term or usage license is part of agreement, ReelMusicianPro will submit
documents to client for signature. When appropriate,
musician's union or performance rights organization's agreements will
be instated on behalf of ReelMusicianPro when writing for TV shows
and film. Any composition writing will remain the rights of
ReelMusicianPro. Payment is to be received in full and is due
immediately upon acceptance and completion of said music composition
except when other terms are agreed to by both parties.
Any monies due past two weeks of completion and delivery
of musical composition will incurr a 5% penalty for every week there
after until such payment is received. Any additional production
needs post initial agreement may increase cost of production.
Guarantees are limited to person of initial agreement and to agreed
upon items in initial discussion and signed agreement. Guarantees
are completed and unchanged after client approval of composition.
